485 Girl who died of cholera
Girl who died of cholera
Cholera is not only one of the more potent and contagious diseases, it strikes quickly and fiercely, as well. Dehydration from cholera-induced diarrhea and vomiting can be fatal. This lithograph was produced in London during that city's 1831-32 epidemic.
